Is Perfection something to be Admired or Sought after

Perfection is a dream crated when Mankind strived to be better. Suddenly an image formed in their heads of someone who is the best at what they did and more. This person could do anything and everything. This person was the pinnacle of every human’s dreams. They called this person ‘Perfection’

You can’t admire something you can’t obtain. Perfection will never be reached. There is a term man has said for a while for all of those egotistic people who believe themselves to be the cream of the crop; ‘There will always be something or someone better than you’. Besides, how can you admire something you don’t even know? Perfection changes through each person. Perfection is something without flaws, but man doesn’t exist without them. Say that Sally dates Hank and describes him as ‘The Perfect Man’ suddenly Mary meets Hank and is disgusted with the way he treated her by for example ‘Opening the door for her’ implying she wasn’t an independent woman.

Yes people can say Mary is just an ungrateful brat, but that would ruin the whole point. Perfection changes in the eyes of different people. Your version of perfection and another person’s version of perfection are completely on different levels. Perfection is a dream to become the cream of the crop. It’s a hidden desire for acceptance and praise from others. It is the inert hunger for profession and style at their craft. Perfection can also be the means to an end. Science advances do to their want and need for perfection. We are never 100% right. Not even scientists. Not even God is 100% right. Nothing is always right, It’s a continuous bet on the probability that something ‘might be right.’

Of course there’s the common argument; ‘But God is perfect!’ How do you know? Have you met God personally? I certainly hope not because that would probably mean you’re dead. If you still wanted to try and prove your case on Gods perfection, how is god perfect? If you ask someone on how God is perfect I will bet you will not get a Uniform answer. That is because perfection, like I said, changes in the eyes of the beholder. Without our different visions of Perfection, we’d still be dumb beasts living in chaos. We would be climbing the trees, eating with our hands and committing viscous acts as if it were nothing. We’d have no government, not even laws or constitutions. We’d be reduced to dumb animals in short, without our never ending search for perfection.
