Based on some facts, we are smarter than our ancestors, but I don’t think that way. I believe that our ancestors are smarter than us. Our ancestors didn’t make the world’s biggest problem now: Global Warming. Our ancestors didn’t create machines that would put a hole in the Ozone layer, which is vital for the survival of all life on Earth.  I know for a fact that we may know more than our ancestors today, but they were much wiser in their actions. Our ancestors didn’t have plastic waste. They ate organic food and often planted the seeds to become a tree, the skin of the fruit for fertilizer, unlike today, where our average plastics are either burned or thrown in the water.

Another reason why our ancestors are smarter than us is because of the fact that they have made the modern tools, just for their survival.  Unlike the modern person they get their idea for their invention from our ancestors.  Our ancestors may know less but when they made their inventions they just thought about what they needed and what to make out today.  

Modern people cut down trees to make notebooks; pencils etc… and do not bother to plant trees. When they cut trees for their house they usually plant more trees to grow. The differences between Modern and Primitive people are that modern people only care about their necessities; the primitive people care about themselves and nature. Problems that we are facing today are landslides. When the modern people cut down trees they reduce the strength of the soil and when it rains there is a chance that a landslide might occur. It can also be effected by a tsunami; if there are no more trees, it will be harder for the soil to absorb the water and may cause a flood. When our ancestors planted these trees they knew that the trees would help protect them from harm.

There are many helpful things that our ancestors did for us and they were wise because they were thinking of the future people of Earth. But now the modern people are destroying the things that our ancestors made for us for the future. That is the basic problem of modern people, they only care of themselves and not care for others. Our ancestors were smarter and wiser; maybe they knew less but they knew how to care for one another.
