What are Crystal, Indigo, and Rainbow children? These different types of children are also known as “Star Children”. According to New Age theory based on the concepts developed in the 1970’s, these are children who reportedly have special, sometimes super-natural abilities or traits. What are Indigo children? They are born in 1978 or later. These children are described as curious, empathetic, strong willed, independent, and sometimes labeled as strange by friends or family. They are known to possess a clear sense of purpose or self-definition. They show a strong sense of entitlement or “deserving”. They have great intelligence, or a sense of intuitive ability. They are very resistant to controlled authority. Some reports suggest indigo children might function poorly in conventional schools due to the rejection of authority, that of being more spiritually mature than their peers, and lack of response to guilt, fear, punishment, and discipline when in the school setting. They are independent and proud. They can get bored very easily. They seem antisocial. They have been diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. They have temper issues. They easily bond with plants or animals. They have difficulties sleeping or falling asleep. They are prone to addictions. They have a history of depression, or suicidal thoughts or attempts. They are very artistic. They’re very intelligent. They look for deep long-lasting bonds or friendships.

What are Crystal children? Crystal children are said to have started appearing on this planet from 1990’s-2010. They are said to be advocates of love and peace for this planet. They live by “global oneness”. They can have “gifts” of healing and clairvoyance. They represent universal consciousness. Crystal children are very forgiving in nature; they are warm, caring and sensitive. Crystal children are said to immediately know what truth is because they can see into your heart. Crystal children do not react to fear. Crystal children’s purpose is to help the world achieve a sense of oneness. A Crystal child is said to have large and intense eyes that will stare powerfully into you. They are very affectionate. They will begin speaking later in life, but often use telepathy or sign language to communicate with others around them. They love music and can even start singing before talking. They are very connected to animals and nature. They show interest in crystals, rocks, and different stones. They are autistic. They love attention. Dislike bright lights and sharp sounds. They can be easily overstimulated.

What are Rainbow children? Rainbow children are ones who have come to help humanity evolve. Rainbow children are born in the 2000’s or above. Rainbow children are psychic and are said to have never been incarnated before so they come to the world with no karma. These children are said to be fearless of anyone. They are trusting. They are about service. They show pure love. They can have high energy, strong personality, and be very creative. A Rainbow child is very hyperactive. Even at young ages Rainbow children are able to express their needs and wants due to a great deal of personal power. According to others there is very few written about rainbow children because many are still toddlers and we have not yet been exposed to all the characteristics they possess.
