Does Money Change People - Yes

Of course it does. I am not saying that it changes everyone in a negative way; people can also change for the good by donating or simply not flaunting the fact that money has changed their lives.

Money changes all classes of people, it just may not take as much for each group. As far as the lower class goes it would probably not take very much money to change their life. Maybe enough money to get them out of debt would be enough to change their lives. The money might not move them out of the lower class but it definitely changes the person. Maybe there is less
worry and anxiety about their future. This alone would be considered a change.

Let’s think about what money would do to the middle class citizen. This person might not have any problems paying their bills every month and may even have a little savings or investments. How exactly would money change this citizen?  This person might not think that they have gained enough capital to make a donation so maybe they put a little more in savings and spend a little on some merchandise they have always wanted. Either way the extra money has changed the individual both mentally and physically.

As for the upper class a few things are different. It takes a considerable amount more money in order to change the rich emotionally, but it can indeed change the way that person thinks, feels, and reacts.  Of the three classes, the upper class is probably the most inclined to make charitable donations simply because the value of their money is quite less than the lower and middle class. Investments are more than likely a very common action that the upper class chooses to do with their money. The question is does the money
change the person that receives it? In rags to riches stories it can definitely be true. Many people that have won the lottery have changed so dramatically they end up blowing all the cash when it is all said and done. The people who have earned their riches probably tend to change at a lesser rate than most but in all reality money makes the world go round and money changes everything.

As much as people would like to say that money may not have changed a person, it should be noted that at least their standard of living has changed.  Everybody makes upgrades with a higher income; therefore the answer to the question is “yes” money definitely changes people but not always in a negative light.
