This is one of those situations where the Constitution has to be interpreted properly in your mind before you answer. Today, people will scream from the highest mountain, “I have the right to the freedom of expression!” Yet, does your actions make you right? Your motives without a doubt is clear. Hanging a noose in 2012 publicly is as tasteless and disrespectful as hanging that adapted by the Germans army symbol, the swastika publicly; in downtown Israel. First of all, why would anyone want to do something so stupid and hateful? What’s the real reason? For laughs, or do you hate your own life so much that you want other people to be unhappy, because, you’re unhappy?

People are miserable enough nowadays with the way economics are going in this modern world. Who really has time to give in to tempting peoples conciousness or even the courts with your agonizing ignorance. The average African American, Caucasion American, or any other American is trying to pay bills. So, if someone has enough time on their hands to premeditate such a foul-minded act and then carry it out, it should be looked upon as a hate crime, but, the crime and charge should be; the perpetrator committs the crime, against himself. You have to really hate yourself in the first place to have a need to kill another human being by hanging. Everyone cannot be a killer. You have to have it in you to kill. Especially, to kill someone because of their skin color, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, or just because they are different.

Hatred is taught! Actions that support ones hatred are learned behaviors and a lot of times it’s just a person or group of peoples own wretchedness. Knowing damn well, Africans were hung by nooses on trees during a crucial time in the development of this corporation, called a country. People know what the hell it means. So, if you get caught, you should get prosecuted for the crime of not having any respect, morals, or conscience. I know it sounds crazy, but lets charge dumb people publicly with dumb charges that make sense. You gotta have hate in you, everyone does. Not everyone offends other people with their personal hatred. Why? Because its better to be kind, respectful, and considerate of other peoples feelings; certainly, if no one offended you.

There has got to be a way to let people know, hatred is personal, and keep it to yourself! There has to be a way, legally.
