Have you compromised your morals?

Morals-do they still exist? Or Is society letting go of its morals?

When the rolls on morality are called in America today heads will turn depending on where you are. If you are in the streets and confess your moral values; you will be laughed at scorned and probably rebuked. Chances are good you will make the headlines because you had the nerve to still have morals? Do you think that is a fair assessment of life in America today?

The question is do morals still exist in today-yes. Despite the mass move to destroy any moral standards we as a nation have left they will not all be destroyed? If we listen to the media it seems like the fight for decency and morality no longer exist. That is simply not true there will always be those who stand for the truth- Gods truth. There once was a time when that was the only truth. Truth now is whatever you want it to be. Do you wonder how the country got to this point?

Families that are teaching their children moral values are said to be old fashion in today’s society. The children are ridiculed and teased for standing on the truth of the bible. Those that stand on the truth are rare but they are not alone. Their rights at school are often challenged and taken away while others seem to flourish. The courts are changing the rules to take what is known truth and create their own truth. Liberal judges, congressman, senators, etc are willing to deny the foundation that the country was built on. When truth and morals no longer exist, a country or nation and its people soon fall by the way side. Past history proves this does anybody remember history?

Morals are what hold a nation together through its laws and beliefs. All of our laws go back to the laws of God. The ten (10) commandments are not wanted in the square but they are used as a guide for the laws of the land. We sentence you when you violate specific commandments. These are laws that were handed down to Moses by God and have lasted from that point up until now.

We witness the morality and decency each time a person is willing to take a stand for what is right. We are not speaking of that which is political correct but that which is biblically correct. When a person or group make such a stand the chances are as stated above you will lose friends and foe. You will probably get all the hate mail and lose your job that is now the cost of having morals.

The truth is being silenced but it will shine through regardless to the obstacles. God will always have someone to carry on his word and maintain the absolute truth nothing but the truth so help us God. If God doesn’t help us who will? This nation will always be one nation under God.
