Consciousness only Exists within Life

We all possess a certain state of consciousness in us right now. How does this consciousness relate to life? Is consciousness only asleep within unconsciousness?

If all is unconscious in the beginning, how does our consciousness arise? Was it lying dormant, or is it set up somehow as a potential within unconsciousness to arise after a certain period of time has passed or something similar to that? Does consciousness only arise from within life?

In that case consciousness is no more than a part of unconsciousness’s potential.

The question then becomes who set all of this up and why wasn’t it all immediately done completed all from the beginning, and not just have to develop itself from itself as it goes along? What are we growing from and towards? Does this growth happen or take place into anything or within something else that already exists? How can any growth happen within an already completed creation?

Until soul is fully running you and before you are fully self realised, it is usually only your ego that is controlling you. Your ego uses and controls your brain as well as your body. Your conscious, subconscious minds and the body are all under the ego’s control. Your ego runs your whole life except for the times when you are dreaming, or other times when it’s put aside for a moment. This might happen for example during meditation or silent contemplation and it might then let its guard down for a moment. Soul will then get through sometimes in the guise of an intuitional insight or two or by touching your heart with its truth for a moment.

These times when soul is breaking through your ego’s defences will increase in their occurrence as you move towards a higher consciousness. Eventually your soul will run all of you including your ego, your body and brain, and your conscious and subconscious minds.

Everything is always working perfectly as it should be even if we can’t see this yet, or understand it fully right now. The ego is still a part of your soul and also a part the make up of your body and mind. It can be very useful to you. The right idea is not to only entirely think of dropping your ego, but rather try to understand how it can really function or work for you instead of against you.

The ego works from an opposing platform to the other parts of yourself. It always thinks that it is in control and this is usually so in the beginning. Ego is the rising of consciousness into life and soul must eventually return to this life to bring the balancing unconsciousness of love back into consciousness. If this does not take place in you, your consciousness becomes cold and mechanical and eventually dies to itself, but never of course to the love that is still always trying its best still to reach you.

Love receives your consciousness as a gift from you, but only when you accept this largely unconscious aspect of love in you at the same time. Love is neither conscious or unconscious, but utilises both forms for its own purpose within God. Love can never be described by consciousness and is never limited either consciously or unconsciously within itself. Love is only ever itself, infinite and all encompassing.

Your ego does have some real control and this is indeed necessary. It is in control of allowing all of the extreme emotions and reactions from both sides of you two take place within you. Your ego allows both the negative and positive aspects to all manifest themselves within you, and which then allows soul to experience a varied and mixed mixture of all possible life experiences.

If things didn’t work together and relate like this to each other, soul’s experiences would be more mundane and less varied. Soul would not then experience such a wide scoping range of such swinging contrasts and different learning opportunities for itself. Soul will go through every form of experience to obtain a greater conscious understanding of itself.

The soul within itself always tends towards a balance and it remains balanced within all respects except for in its experience and consciousness levels. It is in these levels that it needs the extra experience to enable it to raise its consciousness level and cement home its previously held unconscious truths from a practical experiential and real level of knowing. This knowing must be based on doing rather than from theoretical knowing that is being based only on its initial creation and which it already knows, but in its beginning stages of its journey, soul doesn’t really know that it knows.

Soul never really knows that it knows until its real experiences pull out and extract its own knowledge from it and so that the practical reality of an outer experience then goes back into soul as real growth and understanding. This all happens so that theory and concept can be matched and made real in each individual soul. They are made real through experience and knowledge and practicality of action so that wisdom then begins to be drawn out from the truth that soul already knows at its soul level of creation.

Truth is created unconsciously and moves across to consciousness through soul loving its life within consciousness to achieve a wisdom within itself that can only be obtained from finite experiences.

It is only then that its original stock of unconsciously held beginning truths can be known to it from conscious awareness. A fuller more complete understanding will then grow as its own truths are added back to the base of existing truth. This process ensures that truth itself grows and that it is always expanding itself, and the wisdom of all souls is increased at the same time. As these new stages of growth take place within each soul the knowledge base and the wisdom levels of God spiral continually upwards and outwards forever. God expands as we expand.

This record of knowledge is known as the Akashic records and it is continually being added to from the experiences of each soul. This ensures that each soul can then reach backwards or forwards or even downwards to all other souls and to help each soul to achieve the same level of wisdom and truth as well or as much what it has for itself.

Every soul has access to these records at all times. Some souls only just need to be shown how to access them. The process then continues and it all then goes back to God who also grows and expands in himself because the parts of himself are expanding. I mean here that us as soul have already expanded first. The part serves the whole, even as the whole grows from it’s parts.

I have the idea that we are in effect then maybe only just a part of God’s ego. This is because of the great dictum I am familiar with which says simply, “As above, so below.” This simply means that whatever is happening down here on earth had its origins in the higher worlds beforehand. What is happening in the higher worlds also filters down to happen again or sometimes at the same time in the lower worlds. This would mean that we have egos only because God himself has an ego. As above, so below indicates to me that this must be the case if we can really believe in this dictum as being a truth within itself.

When we overcome our own ego, a part of God overcomes a part of his ego as well and at the same time. This means that when we are self realised and later God realised, all that it really means is that we now have a direct contact with God. We understand and fully connect to the God that is also growing in us with us. We are no longer being effected or run only by our ego self anymore. Our ego is only just a part of God’s ego in this scenario. Even as we are moving away from our own ego that is unconsciously controlling us, so to does God.

The ego equates to me then as being the same as our unconsciousness. God too was largely only unconscious in the beginning. When God created life, it gave his potential love energy the chance to move into life for a finite period of time, and which then allowed the emergence of consciousness to take place.

In fact all laws were conceived in love and from the love of God, but they operate from and within themselves. Every law applies its own part of truth and it applies it mechanically and without any qualms almost ruthlessly and rigidly without fail. You could say that these laws all act mercilessly and without love, but they operate still within the perfection of their absolute operative force of love and is the overall power or law that has really created them all within itself. The laws in a way then only ever push you back towards love.

All laws still have their origin within love, and they reside under the banner of this one great law known as the law of Love. This law simply states that love itself never ends. Love forever acts to extend and grow itself from itself within itself. Love is the only force that works from a position that remains outside and above of all of the other Universal Laws and love is untouched by them all, but influences and reaches into each and every other law. You can see an aspect of love within every law.

Love can work outside of all natural laws and love will always transcend whatever lower level law is necessary to enable it to get through to each part of itself. Soul is a part of love in the same way that it is a part of God.

Love is the only law that is completely loving in it’s application and flexible in its working. That is the finer grasp of truth that allows you an understanding into how consciousness operates from within the truth of love. Love makes the laws, but it is yourself that enforces them unconsciously until you also become more aware of the operating of these laws consciously. It is only at this stage that you also move away from the influence of these lower laws and that then you live only from this higher “non law” of love. Love always makes its own laws, and love goes and flows were it will.

Seemingly opposing states exist only for comparison purposes. They are split off from the whole to enable us to compare them to each other, and they are reflecting our own selves that can be seen in them back to our self. This is a perfect system for mirroring our truth back to us and it allows us to see the truth that is already in us in ever new ways. Another name for this mirror of consciousness is love.

This brings us to a deeper level of knowing our own truth from now having obtained the greater aware understanding of the many different sides and facets of it that are existing together within love within us. From all of these sometimes seemingly painful and sometimes seemingly pleasurable experiences of love and truth we can reach out of unconsciousness and move into consciousness.

All of this is all only possible for us from within life and while being accompanied by love. Life is necessary for unconsciousness to find consciousness within itself. Love is the focuser that grows the consciousness within life.

This beginning stage then acts to give us a real foundation for achieving and building an even higher and still higher consciousness within ourselves. This higher consciousness level is realised by meeting different levels of consciousness head on and bringing us then even higher, and so that we finally then know our own part within God’s plan. Only at this stage can we can play our own part perfectly now in the most real and loving way. This is being self realised and God realised and we are now working from the highest level of consciousness within unconsciousness.

Love is not conscious until it meets itself. God created parts of himself to allow each part to meet each other part. Communication creates consciousness, and so God became conscious to even as he allowed his parts to interact consciously with each other and connect to each other freely.

God remains the overall state of unconsciousness of perfection of state that he is, but consciousness grows within him through us. God becomes conscious only as we become conscious. Consciousness always needs a vehicle in this way to access itself. The paradox here is of course that the idea of unconsciousness being different from consciousness only ever exists within consciousness.

It is all the same to God and to love. In this respect God is then the highest consciousness because he is the collective amalgamation of all of his parts and that are being rolled indirectly back into his unconsciousness from love by all of us souls existing within God. We give consciousness to God and God gives us his love. The sum always remains greater that its parts. In this way it can indeed be said that God is the highest consciousness, but he only knows this because of us being conscious within him.

Consciousness waffles into the immensity of unconsciousness by focusing into itself from love and then it produces nothing else but itself. This means that the unconscious is the mother of consciousness, but that love contains both. Love is only conscious of itself in its vehicle, but it exists as a powerful force of energy that is potential within God, but only made real through his creation. Life is necessary as the vehicle for consciousness, but love is the bed in which consciousness must grow.

Life is to love, as consciousness is to unconsciousness. Life lives in love as much as love’s energy creates life. Consciousness lives within unconsciousness and gets a chance to emerge from love’s creation of life. Is love also conscious? No love is the emergence of God’s own creative power and which is neither conscious or unconscious, but it is only ever love loving as itself. Love is simply God being God. He feels his loving and becomes conscious of it only through his creation. Consciousness arises in life and into soul from there and then onto God.
