Can we Force Hollywood to Clean up the Big Screen

There is NO doubt that Hollywood share a large part of the blame for our nation’s moral decline, and it is clear that they need to clean up their act, but how to accomplish this is the question. The public has been hammering Hollywood’s media executives for years, and have seen some success, but they are still turning out trash on the silver screen, and the boob tube too.

What people need to realize about rich liberals as we have in charge of Hollywood is that money is power, and power is money to them. So if we really want to get their attention, you have to effect their pocketbooks. John Cougar Mellencamp sang “C’mon Baby, Make it Hurt So Good!” That is the secret to making the Hollywood liberals listen to the voice of reason; cost them money until it hurts!

When Hollywood Liberals feel the pain, they will start listening to what people have to say; otherwise they just do as they please, and we have to put up with lousy programs that may be offensive to many viewers.

There is a rating system for movies, but often movies get by with less of a rating than what they should have had. Best thing to do is read a couple movie reviews online before you go out to take in that flick at the theater. Many films are not suitable for young children, something to keep in mind as you decide what you want to see with your family.

I know it sounds impossible, but it can be done. It takes faith and determination on the part of enough people that are serious about making a difference in the culture. Mom and Dad, you are responsible for what your kids watch on TV, what movie then see in the theater, or what they rent from Blockbuster. It all comes down to parental involvement, and the amount of passion you and your neighbors have for cleaning up the big screen.

Take a trip to California, take a drive through Beverly Hills, get a good look at what your viewing habits have built, and the empire of filthy right limousine liberals, who are all about the money. The truth is that the responsibility rests with us, what we choose to watch, where we choose to spend our money. These things help determine what Hollywood will produce next. If they see that people are watching shows with nudity, violence, blood and guts, they will produce more of that type of programing. It does not take a rocket scientist to see how this works, just take a cup of personal responsibility, and see if that doesn’t make things better.
