Sarah Palin Womens Rights Female Activists

Female activists and the women’s rights groups have sold their souls to the dark side of politics.  What do I mean by this?  During the last presidential election, Sarah Palin was treated like filth and had her reputation trashed.  Palin had to endure scrutiny that former vice-presidential hopefuls never endured.  Examples of unfair treatment include things like; her skills as a mother were in question, the fact that she had a special needs child, and the fact that her daughter was going to have a child out of wedlock.  None of these things had any bearing on what type of leader she would be for the free world.  She was still drug through the mud as if she was a bastard step-child.  Where were the women’s rights groups and female activists when Sarah Palin was being wrongly attacked?  These “so called” women’s rights activists didn’t defend her because she was a republican.  Even if Susan B. Anthony was brought back from the dead, and was a republican, the women’s rights people wouldn’t have defended her based on her political affiliation.

This is how twisted society has become.  Sarah Palin becoming the country’s first vice-president was a huge step forward for the women’s rights movement.  They missed their chance because they aligned themselves with the far left democratic Bush haters.  The fact that Sarah Palin was not defended by women’s rights groups shows me that the whole movement is driven by politics and not actually defending women.  These groups didn’t have to give Sarah Palin their vote, but they could have defended her against the media who was unfairly bashing her.  There was no support from these groups for Sarah Palin.

I feel sorry for the next female who tries to run for one of the top spots in our White House.  The fact that a woman will be kicked to the curb because of her political affiliation should send fear into the hearts of aspiring women trying to make change in America.  Women’s rights have been narrowed down to gay rights and the right to choose life.  These groups have left the fight for the treatment of women by the way side.  The idea of equality of women has been forgotten.  These groups have turned to the radical left for support because that is where the political power lies.  These groups care more about a gay couple getting married than watching one of their own (Sarah Palin) getting treated like a third class citizen on national television.  Where were you female activists?  You were in Obama’s pocket looking for change.
