Hate crimes are a matter of political advantage-those with political  power define what hate is and what social classes should have special legal protection. Hate of the rich might be a fair group qualifying for protection. It could be hate of the environment sufficient to make oil spills offshore, hate of white males for being more prosperous over much of U.S. history than some other ‘classes’-hate crimes are a post-affirmative action correction by decadent majorities seeking to advance Mohammedan conquest of the United States. It will be interesting to compare the reciprocal hate of Mohammedans and Mexicans as they vie for increasing power through storms of first strike accusations of hate.

Criminal actions in a color blind society would be an objective matter between individuals. Adding hate to a crime is an unconstitutional class identity crime that destroys the concept of individual civil rights in the U.S.A. One effectively has extra legal protections for being a pervert, a negro, a Jew, maybe a Mexican illegal immigrant although that’s a lot of them. It is surprising that the 9-11 terrorist on trial in N.Y.C. hasn’t charged the prosecution with a hate crime against Mohammedanism yet

The modern civil rights era has unfortunately confused the foundation of individual human rights without which democracy cannot exist. It is reasonable to assure that all people are included equally as citizens through law, it is unreasonable to pass special laws creating different legal penalties for people of different natural class association. 

Hate in the hearts of legislators and CEO’s pulls the triggers of financial injury on the disadvantaged. Hate is a triggering of evil. When the broadcast media has the side to side shark’s head swagger then watch out! Hate is looking to download more corruption upon society. Hate is the desire of feminazis to have all the soft office jobs with good pay and make males non-intellectual thug workers. The desire for equal pay for women with men without doing the physical labor means that an evolution downward into a macho Mexican social order must occur in the United States as intellectual males are driven out of the offices by women and out of the labor market by supremacist non-intellectual ad hoc ‘unions‘. All of that economic changes makes for increased hate. Those agitating best for special hate crimes are the temporary winners.

Crimes are offensive actions against others defined as criminal. They crimp off the personal growth of individuals. The rights of individuals should be equal and not anisotropic. What makes some people hate rather than love women and tolerate their brothers so far as not to thwack them undeservedly? Why do some investor and financial crooks hate the poor and perpetrate financial crimes that victimize them? Why does the U.S. Government give trillions for wars and to bail out crooked bankers and mortgage lenders and moon the poor of the United States who must suffer years and decades in poverty? How can such hate exist? How can the Washington D.C. culture of hate continue for so long without a rectification toward a more fair and balanced nation with secure borders and a reasonable standard of living for all citizens? Hate is ugly, and worse yet, hateful.

In one of the original Batman movies wherein Jack Nicholson played the Joker, we saw the comic crimes at their full fury. When some evil political leader mirthfully perpetrates his sadistic pleasure by killing masses of people as a cool sociopath we would nevertheless transform it from a comedy crime into a hate crime. Taking the laughter away from those that enjoy committing crimes isn’t easy. It is necessary to stipulate the fiction that they hate their victims rather than that they just enjoy victimizing them for the hell of it.
The U.S. Congress recently passed a law adding hate crimes protections to crimes against homosexuals. President Obama it is said will sign the Orwellian legislation into law to enable the Federal government the power to prosecute men defending themselves against homosexual advances. The Congress prefers to let love rather than hate dominate. Well, so much for that. We detest gang violence personally and would prefer that all people wear constant witness technology uploading circumstances to The Constant Witness Security Agency database. When those homos provocative, that too should be the hate crime of impinging heterosexuality.

What is missing in all this legislation about hate is not only how much one must hate violence against particular social groups if not all, but the entire white color hate crimes legislation that is missing. Rather than use the pejorative, racist hate term of ‘white color’ crimes we should transition into using the skin color of the President as the matching collar color or lack of it befitting the class of financial criminals not presently prosecuted for making crimes against poor taxpayers. Black collar crimes are evil too. How many CEO’s have hated the poor and loved the idea of perpetrating financial violence upon them? Wall Street is full of such haters that want to force the poor to writhe without health care with hernias from self-employment. Wall Street ironically loves the homosexual for reducing population and cozying up to corporate globalism and their cheap travel plans.

The C.E.O. of A.I.G. recently said that when he got New York Attorney General Como alone behind closed doors it would be the worst day of his life. That plainly was a case of hate. How many black collar criminals have hated poor white people, or white color criminals hated poor blacks, and how many Congressperson in Washington D.C. hated the United States enough to scuttle completion of 300 of high fence along the Mexican border to keep out a few more of the Mexicans that hate the laws of the United States making it illegal for them to break in to take jobs and scuttle good wages for U.S. citizens.

I am not at all sure that it is hate rather than visceral violence that is perpetrated against homosexuals prevalently, yet it may be that more butch on whatever they call the other homosexual ‘partner’ violence that is most common. If the butch beater hates homos but is also a homo does he or she too get charged with a hate crime? Can sexual perversion really be given extra federal legal protection such that its stronger than that afforded to the 16 year old Florida teen beaten and set on fire by a gang of bullies recently?

Gang violence perhaps should receive specially harsh legal sentences, yet when it is mano y mano it is wrong to place a higher burden on either regarding self defense and the difficulties of obtaining impartial and reliable witnesses as to who started the conflict and what it was about. If a heterosexual individual defends against and offensive homosexual, his or her prior history as a writer critical of homosexual behavior might be held against him and even considered as grounds for ‘hate’ crimes charges. Using the free expression of individuals over the course of a lifetime as a basis for manufacturing evidence of an intention to actualize a particular instance of felony criminal assault post hoc is the sort of fundamental violation of good sense and civil rights that have been fought since the Magna Carta started the ball of liberty rolling.

The hate crimes drifts of the U.S. Congress is a Corporate cat’s paw for globalist sycophants more akin to the Chinese Communist party’s recent ten year sentence of a former college professor for starting a college party. We hope that some litigant challenges the law as unconstitutional. Impartial and equal rights for individuals is good enough. Homosexuals do not rate a higher legal status such as policemen and other emergency officials have in sentencing guidelines, much less in extra criminal law proscriptions.
