Cultures in Europe

Europe is one of the seven continents. Europe is the second smallest continent in Earth. Europe is boarded by the Arctic Ocean to the north, Atlantic Ocean to west, the Mediterranean Sea to south, and Black Sea to the southeast. The population is 731,000,000. There is 50 countries in Europe. Their demonym is European. In Europe you will find some very famous capital cites like Berlin, Madrid, Amsterdam, Rome, London, Paris, Prague, Stockholm, and Vienna. Russia is the largest country in Europe. The climate there is milder in comparision  to other areas. The official language of Europe is English. That was some background information.

Europe is extremely rich in festivals and holidays, be them Christian, pagan or non-religious. Alot of them are like America’s holiday. A diversity of more off the beaten track Europe holidays and European tours from specialist and responsible operators and accommodations. All our Europe holidays are from operators committed to supporting their local communities and environments. A diversity of more off the beaten track Europe holidays and European tours from specialist and responsible operators and accommodations. There are over 20 holidays that goes year long.

Some holidays like this New Year’s Day, Singles’ Day, Valentines Day, Epiphany, Mother’s Day, and etc. The culture of Europe might better be described as a series of overlapping cultures. Whether it’s a question of North as opposed to South; West as opposed to East; Catholicism; many have claimed to identify cultural fault lines across the continent.  There are many cultural innovations and movements, often at odds with each other, such as Christian proselytism or Humanism. Thus the question of “common culture” or “common values” is far more complex than it seems to be.

Clothing in Europe is very similar to what people wear in United States of America. Europeans do not wear the same clothes, fashions, colors or cuts. From Scandinavia to Italy there’s a huge range of people and fashion tastes.

And the major international clothing retailers do *not* sell the exact same things in each region. They have to cater to local cultural tastes.

There are 47 countries and 700 million people in Europe, it’s going to be pretty hard to guess what they like and wear. Even what countries they are from. Cruises usually cater to several nations at a time.

Your source for fashion information seems a bit outdated, by 50 years or so. European women wear anything and everything, but I would not say they wear more dresses or skirts than Americans. Maybe in some Southern European countries possibly.

Just wear what you like! Unless you buy your clothes in Europe they will tell on you.
