Cultural hatred: Will humans ever change their thought process? Let’s think about this - A Coming of Minority-Majority by 2050, Are we ready for that?

What race means to you - How we perceive ethnic inequality in our society? We have to look at central concepts of race and ethnicity. As the meaning of “Race,” Western culture scientists had separated Europeans as white, African as black and yellow-brown skins are Asians. They also named them something else to degrade the people. I see that the African people talk so do the Asian and never see them bark. It could be sources of knowledge for separation in the society. Sometime people have added in to it, pride could lead to social and political conflicts. In fact, race can be determined by physical characteristics such as skin colors, hair textures, facial features and body shape (John Macionis, Social Problems, 2002). As central knowledge, again “RACES” if considered, we can tell and categorize people by geographical region and its climate. Ethnicity is related to culture that can be shared from individual to society such as languages and religions. The two can be separated “Race and ethnicity” and may be go together.

Before becoming reversed Minority-Majority, the minorities were suffered by the majority rules for a long time. The bitterness is passing through from generations to generations with hopes and hopes had faded away. A new hope starts to form again by the Minorities but the Majority does not want to give them hope, do not want to see things to happen. It is a power struggling. One pull them down and want to be on top forever. This can be serial stories of Minorities versus Majorities or vice versa. Which publications will take it to publish?

Pluralism, Assimilation, Segregation and Genocide: Overtime, Pluralism seems to be idealistic, too good to be true and it means that people of all races and ethnicities can be nearly social standing. It comes close to reality that we should expect but resisters are out there.

Assimilation is another aspect that adoption the majority’s culture are applied if ones want to live peaceful. This is not guarantee anything to the Minorities if their physical appearance, skin colors and language are spotted as unacceptable traits or unwanted dirt bags. There are so many countries called as “melting pot,” if the majority does not like color pots and throw them away. How assimilation could happen if the Minority want to keep white or black pot in the house. This is to show that the Minority tends to adopt whatever it takes to live peace in the communities. Then, it turns around that in such circumstances, as
assimilation is adopted, the Minority is a problem.

Segregation is another term that separation is practice when the minority is unwanted species and how they can survive. The Minority segregate themselves and lives to their own sphere. Shutting them out by the Majority or the Minority close the door and leave them alone. There are such a practice in many organization that some race are not compromised to be there. You know the history of second class citizens.

Genocide is a bad term for every human including social being. Combined social being because we sometimes act like brain damaged animals killed other animals trying to get a piece dry stick that they thought it is eatable item. Just kill them and take a dry stick out of their mouth and they feel great. You know the meaning of this term. People does have genocide idea has low moral standards and act as animals. You also know the history of this country where this occurred and why the first immigrants of this nation are just in a history book. Their descendants were kept in the Reservations all over the country. We know about Holocaust and all horrible stories.

Back to the topic, we need to change our attitudes. I do not want to see things turn around if Minority-Majority were to happen in 2050. We have time to harmonize the problem. Why? Do not want to think that “Your Turn Has Gone” and “Now It is My Turn.” I hate to think but I dare to criticize because in the meaning of “Genocide” was happened in the past centuries. The problems are existed in this century like Genocide in Durfur, stories in Bosnia in the past decades. If they think about how they were treated by the Majority in the past, why they cannot plan to do something in return?

We have enough time to revive our spirit and soul and take positive approaches to reestablish our society. Resisters are needed to practice moral acceptable standards to live together not segregation attitudes and practice by any institution or organization. What is your belief is what you believe? Don’t let your belief system set you up that you believe that you can do harm, discriminate, or bias to others without guilty. You as a person cannot live that long to 2050. You should leave room and space for your next generations to keep up with reality not ideology for better society.

We may say that the Western World bring civilization to the world. The New World and The Old World are somewhat similar in a way because of belief system has not changed much. If changed, it is always something that if separation can be built-in, they will do it again. Social Injustice and social Inequality are there and we still smell it every day.

What if I want to smell the roses and fragrant flowers that everyone can grow and share happiness, it is too idealistic to reach. One thing that we all believe is that nothing has no an answer. We can go to the Moon or Mar, why we can’t solve social problems which are existed on earth. If Mars are proved to have living things like us, do we control them, segregate and genocide Mars’ people. Let’s go fight and kill people in Mar and take their land. So, we will own the Galaxy. If ones with cruel brain damaged animals’ spirit ones again will be and “genocide” may be normal - One live to live, you still can have such a bad thought! Give me a break! As stated, a year 2050 is on the way. If something were to happen, what will we do? Do we prepare in advance to live together? You should do that or your kids and your grandkids.
